Our Project Team Values Your Feedback

The Transportation PathFinder is a product of the Office of Head Start's Head Start Transportation Safety Project. Activities under the project are guided by a Workgroup made up of Head Start analysts, Federal transportation specialists from various agencies, child safety specialists, local transportation providers, local Head Start transportation coordinators, and other transportation experts.

The Head Start Transportation PathFinder remains under active development. The site contains the Head Start Transportation Act 45 CFR Part 1310 and all transportation regulations and supporting documents related to Head Start programs that are operated by non-profit agencies, state and local governments, tribal organizations, hospitals, and higher education institutions. Plain language narratives have been developed that explain the most important transportation requirements. Narratives, Tip Sheets, and Frequently Asked Questions on additional topics are inserted into the Transportation PathFinder on an ongoing basis.

The project team welcomes feedback based on your experience using the Transportation PathFinder. If you have comments about the Transportation PathFinder, suggestions concerning usability or navigation issues, or alerts regarding errors or omissions in content, please email the project team using the icon below.
